Ori ("the Service") is an AI chat assistant that can be added to direct messages and group chats. The Service provides conversational AI capabilities including research assistance, creative content, and general conversation.

2. Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Use the Service for spam or automated bulk messaging
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information provided by the Service before relying on it.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
